Failed or on-hold payouts need attention. Check the status of your transaction.
1. Guest payments
Review the complete amount and breakdown at checkout. Guest payable may include the discounted accommodation amount, applicable accommodation GST and a Famlo service fee inclusive of applicable GST, less any applicable coupon or discount. Guest total is not the same as Host earnings.
Cashfree processes the supported payment transaction. Famlo verifies payment using provider confirmation and transaction records. Payment-gateway or provider charges are not Famlo commission. A browser return or success message alone does not establish verified payment.
Verified payment creates a request awaiting the Host decision; the stay becomes confirmed only after Host acceptance is recorded. Rejected and timed-out paid requests follow the Cancellation & Refunds policy. Payment status, booking status and refund status are separate.
2. Famlo fees
The checkout breakdown shows accommodation, applicable discounts, taxes and any Guest-facing Famlo service fee as a GST-inclusive amount. The terms of an offered coupon govern its use.
For the implemented Host platform-service model, Famlo’s commission is 16% of the applicable accommodation economics, inclusive of applicable GST. The GST on Famlo’s platform service is included within that 16% rather than added as another percentage of the accommodation value. Famlo issues a separate platform-service invoice to the Host where applicable. The booking and invoice records contain the amounts and rounding.
Illustrative example only: Accommodation value ₹1,000. Famlo commission = ₹160 gross, inclusive of applicable GST. Host entitlement = ₹840. This separates Host economics from the Guest’s total and from any payment-gateway or provider fee.
Famlo Pro is a separate Host product. Any subscription and billing terms shown when selecting it govern that purchase; this policy does not promise included features or a fixed subscription price.
3. Host payout eligibility
Host entitlement is the recorded accommodation economics less Famlo commission and applicable adjustments. Host payout eligibility begins at checkout + 24 hours, subject to payout eligibility checks. This is an eligibility threshold, not a guaranteed settlement or bank-credit time. A payout can remain ineligible or on hold while verification, account validation, booking/refund adjustments or compliance issues remain unresolved.
Keep your bank/beneficiary details and tax information accurate. Use the supported account-change process and review any validation or hold notice. Refunds and booking adjustments are reflected through the applicable settlement records.
4. Follow a payout
Not eligible → Scheduled → Processing → Paid. Not eligible means payout conditions have not been met. Scheduled means an eligible payout is awaiting execution. Processing means submission or provider confirmation is pending. Paid means successful payment has been recorded.
Failed means a transfer did not complete; On hold means an issue must be resolved before progress. Check the payout record and any available failure reason or required action. Do not interpret a scheduled transfer as money already in your bank.
5. Reconciliation and disputes
Use Contact Famlo and select Payment, Refund or Payout as appropriate. Include your booking or property reference and relevant transaction reference. Do not send OTPs, PINs or bank passwords. For formal complaints, use Grievance Redressal.
