Cookie Policy

How cookies and browser storage support your Famlo session.

Effective 15 September 2026Updated 4 September 2026Version 2.0

1. Sessions and essential storage

Famlo uses session cookies and browser storage to support Guest, Host and Admin sign-in, verification and access to protected features. Supabase authentication can retain session information in browser storage. These records let the platform recognise a session and validate authorised requests.

2. Preferences and temporary state

Local storage and session storage can hold recent views, destination preferences, account-switch state, application caches and temporary form state. Local storage can persist between visits; session storage generally belongs to the browser tab. These are not all cookies, but they serve similar browser-state purposes.

3. Activity and service providers

Famlo records some product activity, such as listing interactions and reel views, and technical logs needed for operations and security. The current shared site layout does not install a general advertising tracker or analytics consent banner. We do not describe optional advertising cookies as already consented to.

Embedded media, maps, sign-in and payment services may use their own essential storage when you interact with them. Their practices depend on the provider and browser settings. See the Privacy Policy for the information handled by our services.

4. Your choices

You can clear or restrict cookies and site data in your browser and revoke location permissions. Clearing session storage or cookies may sign you out, remove preferences or interrupt a booking or payment flow. Sign out through Famlo when ending a shared-device session.

Where Famlo provides an explicit permission or notification control, it records that choice for the relevant feature. There is no separate cookie-preference control in the current implementation. Contact Famlo or use the Privacy grievance category for questions.
